By accessing BlockRand or using our SDK, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to integrate the BlockRand API into your applications. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys.
BlockRand acts as a bridge to public entropy (drand). While our system is designed to be provably fair and verifiable, we provide the service "as is" and make no guarantees regarding the uptime of third-party entropy sources.
In no event shall BlockRand or its creators be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the randomness provided.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
